How often can I post automatically?

On new Instagram accounts, stick to one post per day. My own account was temporarily restricted after three to four automated posts a day. That’s Instagram’s rule, not Upload-Post’s.

What does it cost?

The free plan includes 10 uploads per month and 2 profiles (without TikTok). Paid plans start at $24 per month, or $16 per month billed annually, with unlimited uploads (as of October 2026).

Where is my data?

Upload-Post is run by TONVI TECH SL in Málaga, Spain; its servers are hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Some service providers (e.g. payments) are based in the US. More in my Upload-Post review.
