How I assess AI tools
- Everyday value: does the tool measurably save time in ordinary office work – or only in the demo?
- Price: is there a free plan to try it? Is the subscription worth it for one person?
- Privacy: where is the provider based, where is the data stored, what can you enter – and what should you keep out?
- Transparency: some links are affiliate links and labelled as ads. I only recommend what I consider useful; for tools I don’t use long-term, I say so.
