For busy professionals
AI tools that genuinely save time at work. Honestly reviewed.
New AI tools launch every week, and most of them shine only in the demo. I check what they do in an ordinary workday, what they really cost – and what happens to your data.

02 · How I review
Test first, then recommend.
A good tool saves you time every week. The wrong one costs money, data and patience. So every tool gets the same four questions.
- 01
Everyday value
Does it save time in ordinary office work – or only in the demo?
- 02
Price
Is there a free plan to try it, and is the subscription worth it for one person?
- 03
Privacy
Where is the company based, where is your data stored – and what should you keep out of it?
- 04
Transparency
Affiliate links are labelled. If I don’t use a tool myself, I put it in context instead of praising it.

I recommend things because they help – not because they sound good.

04 · About me
Hi, I’m Luigi.
I’ve been a founder, freelancer, consultant and, for seven years, CMO at burgerme, where I helped grow the business from around 50 to more than 100 locations. I experienced the dotcom boom first-hand in Silicon Valley in the 90s.
Today I test AI tools where they have to prove themselves: in an ordinary workday – with an eye on price, value and privacy.
05 · For businesses
Marketing and AI for your business.
Alongside the tool reviews, I advise startups and small businesses – as a fractional CMO, on an interim basis, or for a clearly defined project.

06 · FAQ
Quick answers.
Which AI tools save the most time at work?
It depends on where your time goes. If you write a lot, dictation saves the most (for example Wispr Flow). If you have lots of meetings, AI note-taking does (for example Granola). If you manage social media, automated publishing does (for example Upload-Post).
Is it safe to use US-based AI tools in Europe?
For your own notes and drafts, usually yes. Once you process client data or record conversations with other people, you may need their consent and a data processing agreement. Each review states where the company is based, where data is stored and what you should keep out of it. This is guidance, not legal advice.
What do the recommended AI tools cost?
All three reviewed tools have a free plan to try them. Paid plans start at roughly 12 to 16 US dollars per month (as of October 2026). Exact prices are listed with a date in each review.
Do you earn money from your recommendations?
For some tools, yes: if you subscribe through a labelled affiliate link, I receive a commission. Your price stays the same. There are no paid placements, and tools I don’t use myself are put in context rather than praised.
