AI workflows: AI in marketing that sticks.

An AI workflow is a fixed, documented step in which AI takes over or prepares a recurring task – a brief, a draft, variants or an analysis – and a person reviews and approves it. That turns one-off experiments with ChatGPT into a reliable part of your work.

What an AI workflow in marketing looks like

When it pays off

Typical situations.

A good fit if …

  • Your team uses AI here and there, but without shared rules
  • Recurring tasks like copy, variants or reports eat up time
  • You want to know where AI really helps in marketing
  • Privacy, brand or quality concerns are slowing adoption

Probably not a fit if …

  • You expect AI to replace your marketing team

What you get

Concrete results, not slides.

Every result is written down, usable and tied to a metric.

  • Assessment which tasks suit AI – and which don't
  • Three to five workflows with prompts, templates and approval steps
  • Tool recommendation that fits your existing IT
  • Team training hands-on, on your real tasks
  • Ground rules for quality, brand and data handling – agreed with your data protection lead

How it works.

  1. 01

    Collect tasks

What repeats, what takes time, where do errors happen?

  2. 02

    Build workflows

Prompts, templates and approvals – tested on real tasks.

  3. 03

    Roll out & measure

    Training, documentation, time saved before/after.

Frequently asked questions

Which marketing tasks suit AI?

Mainly recurring tasks with a clear template: research and summaries, first drafts, ad and subject-line variants, translations, analysis of campaigns and customer feedback. Strategic decisions stay with people.

How do we get started with AI in marketing?

With two or three concrete tasks that come up often and are easy to measure. Build those workflows properly, measure, then expand – instead of giving everyone a tool at once.

How do you handle data protection?

Workflows are built so that only data cleared for that purpose is processed. The legal review is up to your data protection officer or legal counsel – I'm not a data protection expert.
