B2B landing page conversion: benchmarks and checklist.

The short answer

For B2B SaaS landing pages, Unbounce's 2025 report puts the median conversion rate at about 3.8%; the top ten percent reach 8–15%. Demo requests usually convert lower than free downloads. More important than the industry figure is your own baseline – and a page with one goal, a clear headline and little friction in the form.

Benchmarks at a glance

Demo requestapprox. 1.5–4%

Sources define “conversion” differently (visit → request or visit → booked meeting). So compare your own pages with each other first.

Frequently asked questions

How many form fields are optimal?

As few as sales really needs. Every extra field tends to lower conversion; missing details can often be filled in during the call or via enrichment.

How long should an A/B test run?

Until each variant has enough conversions – usually at least two weeks to even out weekday effects. With little traffic, test bigger changes.

Does every campaign need its own landing page?

Every audience and offer should have a matching page. Small headline variants per campaign are often the biggest lever.
